Electronic Banking Enrollment Instructions

Personal

Online Banking
  1. From the Profile Bank home page, at the top of the screen select "Login or Enroll'.
  2. From the options listed below the login credentials, select "Enroll-Personal".
  3. Please read through the Consumer Terms and Conditions. If you accept, select ‘I Accept’.
  4. Enter the required information for each field then select 'Submit'.
  5. Enter the credentials you would like to use for Online Banking. Please follow the requirements on the screen. Select 'Register'.
  6. Enter an email address to verify or update your email address then select 'Confirm'.
  7. Please review the Consumer Terms and Conditions. If you accept, select 'I Accept'.
  8. You will be prompted to set up Enhanced Security. Select the option for how you would like to proceed.
  9. Congratulations! You've enrolled in Online Banking!
eStatements
  1. Login to your Online Banking profile.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, select your name.
  3. Select ‘Banking Services' then select 'eDocuments'.
  4. Under the Statement Delivery Preferences section, set your statement preferences. To receive only electronic statements, select 'All Electronic'. To receive electronic statements for an individual account, select 'Electronic' from the dropdown next to the account number.
  5. Select 'Accept and Update Preferences'.
  6. Congratulations! You've updated your statement delivery preference to eStatements! Each month you will receive a notification from eStatements.
Bill Pay
  1. Log in to your Online Banking.
  2. Select the 'Pay My Bills' tab from the task bar.
  3. To enroll in Bill Pay, select 'Sign Up for Bill Pay'. 
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your identity.
  5. Please read through the Privacy Policy. If you agree, check ‘I Accept’ then select ‘Continue’.
  6. After reviewing the new features, select 'Continue'.
  7. Congratulations! You’ve successfully enrolled in Bill Pay. To add a payee, search for a company or person and follow the prompts.
Mobile Banking
  1.  Go to the App Store or Google Play and search Profile Bank Mobile Banking to download our free App.
  2. Existing Online Banking Users

    a) Open the App and enter your online banking User ID and Password

    b) Select ‘Log In’.

    New Online Banking Users

    a) Open the App and select 'Enroll-Personal'

    b) Please read through the Online Banking Agreement. If you agree, select ‘I Agree’.

    c) Please read through the Consumer Terms and Conditions. If you accept, select ‘I Accept’.

    e) Enter the required information for each field then select 'Submit'.

    f) Enter the credentials you would like to use for Online Banking. Please follow the requirements on the screen.

    g) Enter an email address to verify or update your email address then select 'Confirm'.

    h) Congratulations! You've enrolled in Mobile Banking

 

Business

Online Banking
  1. From the Profile Bank home page, at the top of the screen select "Login or Enroll'.
  2. From the options listed below the login credentials, select "Enroll-Business".
  3. Please read through the Business Terms and Conditions. If you accept, select ‘I Accept’.
  4. Enter the required Business and Owner information for each field then select 'Submit'.
  5. Enter the credentials you would like to use for Online Banking. Select which accounts you would like to access with those credentials. Select 'Submit'.
  6. Select the Entitlements preferences. If you would like to access additional businesses using these credentials, enter the required business information. Select 'Submit'.
  7. Congratulations! You've started the Business Online Banking enrollment process! Our Electronic Banking team will contact you soon to complete the enrollment.
eStatements
  1. Login to your Online Banking profile.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, select your name.
  3. Select ‘Banking Services' then select 'eDocuments'.
  4. Select 'view eDocuments' next to the account you would like to enroll in eStatements.
  5. To receive email notifications when the statement is ready, check off 'Receive Notifications' then select 'Next'.
  6. Please read through the Terms and Conditions. Enter the PDF Acknowledgement Code then select 'Submit'.
  7. Congratulations! You've updated your statement delivery preference to eStatements!
Bill Pay
  1. Log in to your Online Banking.
  2. Select the 'Pay My Bills' tab from the task bar.
  3. To enroll in Bill Pay, select 'Sign Up for Bill Pay'.
  4. Please read through the Terms of Service. Select 'Get Started'.
  5. Congratulations! You’ve successfully enrolled in Bill Pay. To add a payee, search for a company or person and follow the prompts.
